• Provide remote technical support to users via phone, chat or email
• Provide support on Citrix Products as XenApp and XenDesktop
• Provide L2 support to HPE´s Helion [Private Cloud Service of HPE] network
• Perform, from basic to complex, troubleshooting in networking devices.
