I look after the sales and repair of desktops. In case there is any check-up required, I visit homes and offices to repair/rectify the systems. I also look after the returns in case of damage.

I am responsible for the hardware and software of desktops. I install required software and suggest peripheral equipment, if needed as per customer's requirements.

Responsible for installing, upgrading and maintenance of desktop of employees. I was also looking after all the technical equipment such as printers.

In case of any problems, I had to rectify/troubleshoot in the least amount of time to ensure that office work was not hindered. I led a team of three people to help with desktops in the office, and motivating that team was my duty. I was acknowledged for introducing specialized programs to help employees deal with workload in a more organized manner.
