I am responsible for maintaining a healthy, communicative relationship with market players. It is my duty to manage events that help the agency to keep good relations with media and models. It is also my duty to write out messages for the staff and ensure that each department is well-communicated and working in coherence with the other departments.

Holding seminars and motivational speaking sessions for the staff members is also part of my duties.

Assisting interviews for artists and media personel is also part of my job.

Responsible for all correspondence with different departments of company as well as the stakeholders. I was in charge of the team's public appearances as well as the club's communication with the various sports channels.

All press releases and player information was given out through me. I was also in charge of the events that were held at the club. From football tournaments to the stakeholders' tea parties, everything was managed by my team. I ensured that all television channels were present at the matches and it was my duty to maintain good relationship with all of them.

It was my duty to find new investors and sponsors for the events and I always completed the tasks within time and with energy and passion.

Responsible for scheduling meetings with owners of houses that were to be rented for filming of TV shows. I was also responsible for negotiating the terms and ensuring agreements. Apart from this, I organized field trips and prepared favours for the producers. All investors were entertained at the weekly luncheon and filming of shows, which was managed by me.

I was also responsible for getting new investors. Giving them presentations and introductory tours was part of my duties.

All the messaging, e-mailing and communication with staff, clients and investors was done by me.
