Responsible for getting all bakery items packed and shelved before the start of the day. Overseeing stock unloading and efficient placing on shelves. Keeping a check on the inventory and ensuring timely orders to distributors. Making reports of all the items thst sell fast and are more in demand. Giving a new estimate for stock orders according to sales trends. Store Room supervision and handling stocks team.
