Responsible for delivering customer care and ensuring that every visitor finds what they are looking for. Desk duties include sales payment record, making report and submitting to the Retail Manager daily. I am also looking after sales enhancement schemes in which I have to come up with innovative ideas to entice customers.
I also look after queries on the phone. Providing the best customer service and enhancing sales is my primary job.
Looking after sales, payments and ensuring good sales was my responsibility. I was commended since I implemented the idea of customer cards and sale offers for regular visitors. I was also responsible for ensuring a pleasant for visitors. Sales boosters like better display or small events at the store was my duty. I was several times awarded for my work.
Responsible for following procedures of day to day sales as instructed by the retail manager. I looked after customers and ensured that they found what they wanted. I was also responsible for knowing every product detail for better customer assistance. Later I was promoted to sales staff for the last six months of my job.
