Well aware of game rules and statistical policies, I believe that sports can only be just and nothing else. This is why I have delivered impartial and correct decisions based on rules and regulations. Interacting with players and sportsmen in a just and unbiased manner is a principle that I have always followed. Referee's job is tough as he has to keep a vigilant eye during the game and always side with truth, with respect to game regulations. I wish to associate with sports on a higher level and referee games which are played by well-trained sportsmen.

Referee

Responsible for conducting matches and then picking a team of boys from all the contestant teams to play for the city team.

I was also responsible for educating the boys about ethics of the game.

Responsible for training and conducting fair observation of practice games.

I was also responsible for holding inter-club football matches. I was referee for all the matches, which showed that my referee skills were trusted.
