Work Experience

  • 16 Years & 6 Months

    Jun 2008 to Present

    Military Training Department
    Training Officer

Based on my leadership qualities and experience, I was moved to the training office. I trained military men to administer and also understand the maintenance of military vehicles.

I often hold workshops to teach basic maintenance of the transportation and handling the staff in effective ways. These trainees are then placed in different set-ups such as cargo offices and arms warehouses to supervise and administer the work.

I am in charge of instructing officials to move vehicles, transport goods and even handle the fleet of trucks and carriers.

  • Feb 1999 to May 2008

    9 Years & 3 Months
    Military Cargo
    In Charge Officer

Worked as head of military cargo in Missouri. It was my responsibility to handle transportation of uniforms, helmets and other products made for the military from the town to other parts of the state.

I was responsible for handling the trucks, employees as well as the administrative duties at the cargo office.

I extended cargo services to civilians as well and this not only earned me civilian respect but also helped in increasing income of the cargo department.

  • Award

I was awarded with the Honor of Compassion for my services extended to families of civilians at the military cargo department.

I made sure that our services were extended to civilians at the same cost offered to military families.

This also impacted the revenue as our cargo bookings increased and the department earned more.

  • Optimization

I reduced waste and ensured that the cargo department reduces expense over maintenance of work space.

I also optimized customer service in the cargo office. It increased civilian participation significantly.
