Responsible for allocating daily tasks to the staff members who were in the team that was headed by me. I supervised working hours for cleaning, bulletin board presentation and office functions. The team was well-distributed in terms of assigned work and I was in charge of smooth working within limited school hours. Preparing morning and evening classes for different groups and setting up of presentation media was my responsibility. Aligning staff members and distributing areas for cleaning was also part of my job. I led my team to work like a well-oiled machine that not only finished day to day work on time but commendably kept the Academy premises in good condition. Every task given by the administration to my team was completed with good results and in an efficient manner.

I was in charge of every team member's work to be checked before handing it over to the consultation team. All research work and tasks were always with a short deadline but my team was always efficient and finished all tasks within the given time. Office staff team was responsible for finding research material, which I had to arrange and present the final report to the office personnel.
Responsible for supplying papers and printing inks and material to the offices that placed orders. Inventory of stock and dispatching orders was part of my duty. My team efficiently delivered supplies to the offices within the Darwin building and all deliveries were alsways before due date. I was also in charge of looking after the purchases and team expenses.
