It is my duty to develop new support programmes to enhance business objectives. Communication with clients and understanding their requirements is also my duty.
I programme new systems, as well as improve existing ones to create the easiest, most efficient and productive ways of conducting business. All maintenance work has to be done at odd hours to avoid hinderance in office work. Therefore I have to spend extra time in the office.
Was responsible for supervising the team of developers to ensure technical efficiency of the office network. I had to take rounds of the office to ensure that all computers were working fine. It was my responsibility to report any hardware or software issues and rectify them.
I was also responsible for developing new techniques to improve the systems. A feasibility and cost assessment report had to be prepared for approval.
Programmed the office computers with networking among the executive officers and managers. The system-within-system technique was set up to ensure confidential communication between the higher-ups of the company. An office system for all employees was also set up to enable every employee to work on the same network and communicate efficiently.
I was responsible for the maintenance and upgradation of the system, while applying constant improvement techniques to increase office hours productivity.
