I schedule all the office operations related to conferences andseminars. • I administer the staff and have to reach office before 9 to see that all the cleaning is done properly. • Other thn these secretarial duties I am authorized to use the printers, scanners and schedule meetings. All the office teams and projects are supervised so that the work is done before the scheduled time.

• Responsible for scheduling deliveries and maintaining smooth supplies. Communicated between the suppliers and shopkeeper. All inventory marked out by the shopmanager was given to me and I had to schedule order placement and deliveries. • It was my duty to ensure that the products received were tallied with inventories and the payment slips and cheque details were sent to the accounts department.

• Responsible for scheduling appointments at the MRI machines and scanners. I was responsible for scheduling appointments of the radiology and oncology department as well. • All the special machinery usage was only done upon appointments and I had to ensure that the operations were smooth and efficient. • Using the database and recording maintenance work schedule was my duty as well. I had to train personnel for computer programming and keeping track of the weekly/monthly scheduling. All computer related work was also m responsibility.
