Royal Garment Production UnitPayroll ManagerResponsible for implementing a payroll system by feeding the information and details of each employee in the computer software. This method requires less concentration, however, I check the individual employee accounts myself.
I train employees for account keeping as well. All funds, benefits and office bonuses are calculated by me and added to payroll accounts. I have to meticulously work on every employee, keeping the company and taxation policies in mind.

I was responsible for updating accounts and coordinating with the HR department to maintain individual employee record of payments, salary increases and performance rewards.
The annual bonus calculation and employee funds contribution maintenance was also my duty. Dividends, old age funds and retirement planning candidates were also accounted by me only.
