Responsible for handling office operations. I look after the employee's work plans and ensure that there is no hinderance in work.

All budgeting of projects and export packaging labor costs are looked over by me. I discuss the budget control plans with the accounts department and take care of timely deliveries and shipments.

I also release funds for special projects and office repairs. Number of employees, salaries, the supplies for office work and coordination with human resource and sale departments is my duty.
