I handle the crew and assign duties to each and every member.
I am responsible for answering order calls and preparing orders for in-house customers as well. I ensure a clean, efficient and welcoming environment to customers.
I worked on the kitchen counter and helped the kitchen staff with completing orders on time.
I was also responsible for serving the customers who sat on the restaurant terrace.
It was my duty to clean the kitchen, restrooms and floor on the days assigned to me.
I was responsible for cleaning the kitchen counters and mopping the floors every morning. It was my responsibility to keep all the tables clean and I also checked that all the empty trays were placed at the stand.
It was my duty to check the hygiene and also attend to the customers. I also filled orders during the last 2 years at the fast food restaurant.

I became a crew leader in 2012.
I was the only crew member who had delivered more than 150 orders in a day and managed to complete 25 in-house orders.
