Responsible for working on projects of clients with the team of IT technicians. I understand the business requirements and then test the web and computer network to see what can be done to make the system more efficient.
I manually test all computers according to the end-user requirements and business suitability. All client office networks are checked by me and each laptop and computer onfiguration is done by me.

I was responsible for creating manual test scripts to check all levels of comuter security. I ensured that all users could use their computers with a high speed network.
Responsible for checking the computers at front-end and seeing what kind of difficulties the employee may be having. I made reports about my work as a record of each computer system in the office.
I was also responsible for keeping the computers up to date and ensuring that all data is secure and all software worked efficiently.
Tested computers at new workplace within two days and also suggested the right method of increasing efficiency.
