Have been working in this company for a long time. During this period I have been able to successfully implement several HR policies for the betterment of each employee. The employees feel liberated and due to exceptional communication skills, employees feel free to come and discuss their concerns with me. It is my duty to remain available for everyone and in case a rule is decided, I send emails to every employee personally, in order to inform them of the change.

It is my duty to maintain an environment that is liberal yet does not let any employee take advantage of the system. This requires a vigilant eye and it is my responsibility to keep a check on every employee as well.
