Overseeing recruitment procedure and ensuring smooth working of the department. Conducting interviews and introducing set standards of employment and wages for homogeneous employment is also my responsibility. Supervision of the work and ensuring correct execution is my primary duty.
Responsible for efficient and dedicated work team that recieved information from every candidate and placed them in categories. It was my duty to explain procedure and policies to all candidates and clients. My duties also included answering queries and assisting candidates and clients in recruitment. Recruitment interviews and tests were supervised by me and I assisted candidates in case of any misunderstanding.
