An enthusiastic, hospitable and pleasant front desk agent with many years in the hospitality business. I have no formal education in hotel work but I do have a lot of experience. As a fast learner I have learnt the skills such as customer service and knowledgeable solutions for different situations. I wish to work better and therefore am seeking work in a big hotel that requires a higher standard of work and duty.

I assign rooms against reservations and ensure swift check ins and check outs. I instruct concierge to carry luggage in and out of rooms.

I am responsible for handling all kinds of confrontational situations and handling irate guests or visitors in the most neutralizing manner.

I was responsible for greeting guests and offering booking service.

I ensured that all check ins were efficiently handled and the luggage was taken t the assigned room.

It was my duty to take reservations as well.
