Westside HospitalHome Health NurseI am responsible for visiting patients and checking them for the basic health issues. I am also responsible for caring for the patients who were admitted to the hospital but have been sent home due to prolonged illness. Most of my patients are aged people and it is my responsibility to treat them with care and empathy.
I am responsible for regular check ups, taking vital records and being friendly with the patients. I design the diet and exercise routine of some of my patients as well.

9 Years & 3 MonthsWatson ClinicsHome Health NurseAttended home patients for Dr. Watson's Clinic and ensured that my timings were best used to help the patient recover. I was responsible for daily medical checks, testing blood sugar and helping patients with the necessities.
I was also responsible for preparing week reports and sending them to the doctor's clinic. I worked according to the doctor's instructions. It was my duty to help the patient and give medications on time. The daily diet and exercise routine was also decided by me according to the patient's need.
It was my responsibility to take care of bed-ridden patients as well as those with a prolonged illness. However, my utmost efforts were to help the patients feel better and healthy again.
