The ResidencyGuest Service AgentResponsible for looking over smooth operations of the hotel. Maintaining good customer relations and assisting them in small things such as shuttle arrangements or wake up calls requests is my duty. I also schedule housekeeping calls to all occupied rooms.
I have to ensure that all hotel policies are being followed by guests. For instance, it is prohibited to use a video camera near the pool area. I have to take rounds and keep everything in check.

I was responsible for acting as manager when he was away. I looked after the inventory, payments and bills of the hotel. Moreover I supervised room cleaning and scheduled housekeeping according to the guests' personal requests. I also looked after the events that were arranged at the hotel for guests and public.
