Delivering best customer care and service to guests is my main job. I work on the front desk, providing solutions to all guests concerning hotel facilities, room service, concierge and cleaning staff.
I ensure that all rooms are in immaculate condition and the least amount of time is used in checking in and out. I ensure that all guests feel comfortable and all their requests are completed on time. I collect wake up call service along with other small guest requests.
Responsible for arranging all kinds of entertainment for guests and organizing trips and in house cinema shows. I was also responsible for answering all kinds of queries and heling guests feel more comfortable.
Responsible for looking after the reception area and maintaining a clean ambiance. Room service and cleanliness staff were also my duty.
Responsible for answering all kinds of guest queries regarding hotel stay, gymnasium, pool and spa timings and organizing city tours for foreigners.
I was also responsible for travel bookings and coordination with the trasportation service for airport pick and drop.
