Responsible for looking after all the activities and travel of the CEO of the company. I am looking after the staff teams to ensure a clean, organized workplace for everyone.

I am also responsible for approving small expenses for office. The bigger projects like decoration and renovation are done by me after the CEO's permission.

I ensure that all paperwork and documentation is organized. Client meetings and their visits are scheduled by me.

My responsibility includes greeting visitors and asking them the nature of their visit. I direct them to the department required by them.

Responsible for scheduling meetings of the CEO with other senior managers. I was also in charge of all the meetings and appointments.
