Christopher Foster Elementary School Teacher
A dedicated and enthusiastic elementary teacher with the passion to educate young minds. I believe in giving children all the opportunities to learn and to be able to give back to society so that it becomes a better world for generations to come. Educating children means answering all kinds of question and always giving them food for thought. I keep my student curious and ready to learn from life rather than just textbooks. I have successfully been able to teach children what they need to learn along with how to enjoy lessons and apply them to real life!

Work Experience

  • 14 Years & 6 Months

    Jun 2010 to Present

    Newton Academy
    Elementary School Teacher

Have been a part of this school for a long time during whhich I have taught different classes. Currently I teach class 5. My main subjects are science and geography. I teach without a book and insist that children find examples of discussed chapters in real life. This has made students learn more and the results have been great over the years. I have been responsible for all the papers, class works and assignment setting and grading. I am also part of exra classes for students. All classes sign up for these classes in which we teach different things like other languages and World History. I have won several awards at the school.

  • Feb 2002 to May 2010

    8 Years & 3 Months
    Global Elementary School
    Class 4 Teacher

I was introduced to class 4 as a class teacher and was primarily responsible for teaching language. However, with the passage of time, I introduced different classes such as confidence building, creative writing and books. In these classes, I focused on the growth of every child in terms of the skills that are needed to live a better life. I held discussions and each child was given a chance to speak. I was responsible for the class role call, maintaining pupil record, setting separate folders of class and home works and assignment papers.

I was also responsible for keeping record of other subject performance and assessment grades.
