I look after the meal preparations for the office staff and senior management.
It is my duty to ensure that all the food is hygienic and fresh. I keep regular sellers and suppliers to maintain quality of food.
I am also in charge of preparing the meals according to the best standards and keeping the cafeteria clean and presentable at all hours.
During the shipment days, office traffic is heavy and the number of visitors double. I have to ensure that all the food prepared is according to the number of people present.
I was in charge of the cafeteria food service along with the food preparations for field teams.
At the cafeteria, health and weight care was a prerogative which was maintained through balanced diet foods.
I was appreciated for my management, presentation as well as innovative menu items.
I was in charge fo the daily cafeteria menu and food preparation. I managed the menu plannings and buying food items for the daily preparations.
I was also in charge of the management likes and dislikes in the most creative way.
All meeting luncheons and dinners were arranged by me. I also managed the lunch and evening snacks at the cafeteria or in conference rooms while ensuring that there was least amount of waste.
