Johnson Textiles Ltd.Business OwnerResponsible for setting up the business from scratch. I had rented office space and hired a team of ten people. From there, we expanded to a total of 25 employees and a bigger office. We have a complete business set up now. I look over the expenses, budget setting, purchase of fabric and threads at reduced proces from wholesellers.
I also look after the production and contracts with clients. We make clothes on order and quality assurance team is supervised by me. Quality and target is priority at our office and all of us work towards this goal as a team.

5 Years & 3 MonthsHunter Leather GoodsBusiness InternWorked for a five-year contract signed with an acquaintance to see their business operations and learn. I was responsible for accompanying the director during interviews for recruitment, vendor meetings and purchases that were made from the local tanneries.
I was also responsible for spending time in the finance department to understand the budget and costing of a business. I worked hard to understand what was required from the owner of a business.
All aspects of business running was leraned during these five years. I also used this time to make contacts with people in the textile industry. My passion made them see me as an upcoming entrepreneur.

Within ten years of business, we have set up a second unit for home textiles. Other than garments, we sell towels, bathrobes, mats, napkins and bed linen.

Travelled to Germany for the annual textile fair. Struck deals with several vendors and started a new line of textiles.
Traveled to Australia to sign a deal for delivery of textile goods worth AUD 4million.
