I greet customers who walk into the bank and try to assist them in the best possible way. I ensure that the customer's queries and problems are resolved without any delay.
I also supervise locker operations and help new customers with accounting opening.
Responsible for greeting customers and asking their purpose of visit. It was my duty to help them with all kinds of banking services. Some customers were seated while I carried out the work for them and made their visit easy.
I was also in charge of handling special product sales such as credit cards and loan offers.
It was my responsibility to tally accounts and cheque clearance details of clients during the day. All cash counting and closing of the day was also my responsibility.
