I take immediate action and forward the information to all departments concerned while talking to the caller.
Every action is swift and all information is filled out and sent within minutes. I am in charge of answering any dispatch team's questions hence it is my duty to understand the whole situation of the caller. Keeping calm, and listening patiently is also part of my job.
